Raindrops from Hurricane Sandy fall upon the Virgin Mary in Annapolis, MD.
what a sad and beautiful photo. my heart goes out to anyone suffering. life can be so tough sometimes. that’s why it’s so important to remember to help others
Thank you for your kind words and I couldn’t agree with you more. I wish that the drive which people felt to help others during a tragedy or even around the holidays….was year round. If people were just kinder to one another…paid it forward even once a week… we’d all be better off, we’d all be a little bit nicer, and maybe more importantly, we’d have more compassion for each other as human beings. I saw a story about a woman who’s house was spared from the hurricane….it was along the route/line of those who were waiting to see how much damage was done to their homes….this woman was serving donuts and coffee just to be nice. Warmed my heart.
